returns & exchanges

Being a small startup business, returns and exchanges will not be accepted at this time. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your package so that we can help with a solution. Any inquiries after 14 days will not be eligible for return or refund. All sale items are final sale.

If applicable, you will be responsible for shipping return costs.

Cancelled orders will result in a restocking fee if your items have been packaged to be mailed.

damaged or faulty goods

If you receive a damaged package, please contact USPS as soon as you notice the damage. If the product itself is damaged or faulty, please contact Hen & Drake within 14 days so that we can issue a credit if necessary. We do our best in quality control to make sure that all items delivered to you are up to our standards. If Hen & Drake is not responsible for the damage, we may only be able to issue a partial credit. If we miss something, please let us know!
